This is the Web site of the Waterton Improvement District #4 and the Waterton Chamber of Commerce.

In short:

  • We will not sell or divulge your email address or other information to any other party.
  • If you choose to receive an eNewsletter from this site, you can opt-out at any future date by simply clicking on the “unsubscribe” link.
  • We are serious about your privacy. Your password is encrypted and kept hidden from site administrators and database managers.
  • Site contributors may adjust their privacy and profile information by visiting the “My Profile” link on their dashboard.

For each visitor to our Web page, our Web server automatically recognizes only the consumer”s domain name, but not the e-mail address (where possible).

We collect the e-mail addresses of those who volunteer this information only through on-site requests for information or site registration. In these instances we also will request other information including your name and address.

The information we collect is used to improve the content of our Web page, used to notify consumers about updates to our Web site, disclosed when legally required to do so, at the request of governmental authorities conducting an investigation, to a successor entity in connection with an organizational merger, consolidation, sale of assets or other managing entity change respecting the Web site.

With respect to cookies: We use cookies to record user-specific information on what pages users access or visit, record past activity at a site in order to provide better service when visitors return to our site.

With respect to security: We have appropriate security measures in place in our physical facilities to protect against the loss, misuse or alteration of information that we have collected from you at our site.

If you do not agree with the policies provided here regarding use of your information, your recourse is to not use this site. If you have already provided information and wish to have your information deleted and permanently removed from this site, please send a request to the email stated above and include your name. We will remove your information within a reasonable amount of time following receipt of such email requesting removal.
