Brian graduated at the top of his culinary school class in Vancouver, Brian worked his way up through the ranks quickly in some of Vancouver’s top hotels and restaurants. Including Diva at the Met, Lumiere, Pastis Bistro, Beach side Cafe and The Four Seasons Hotel. At the age of 21 Brian took on His First Chef role at Bis Moreno in Vancouver where he was awarded 2nd best new restaurant in Canada buy Enroute magazine as well as best Italian fine dining in Vancouver by Vancouver Magazine. Brian continued to strive in culinary arts running kitchens at highly rated restaurants including Bishops restaurant, Fraiche restaurant, Galiano Inn Boutique Hotel and finally, the Lakeside Chophouse.
